Direct answer: The Paid Parking LPR Software is cloud-based parking software that calculates the stay of a vehicle recognized at entry with a tariff per vehicle class, collects payment at the booth, and keeps cash shifts and Z reports. It also includes every site edition feature: offline operation, live monitoring, subscribers and reporting.

Standout features

The vehicle opens at the booth by itself

The last vehicle arriving at the exit appears on the booth screen automatically; the cashier does not have to search for the plate.

Fee class from the camera

The fee class is selected from the vehicle type recognized by the camera; if changed, the amount is recalculated instantly.

Flexible tariffs

Free period, first hour, following hours, daily cap, multi-day fixed packages and a lost ticket fee.

Tariff changes don't break history

Past transactions stay calculated with the tariff of their own period.

Debt recording

A vehicle that leaves without paying gets a debt collected on its next visit; a debt limit per plate can be set.

Cash shifts and Z report

No collection before a shift is opened; closing produces a numbered Z report with a per-cashier breakdown.

Discounts and refunds with a reason

Discounts, free passages, refunds and cancellations all require a reason and appear in separate reports.

Extra services such as car wash

A dedicated washer screen; the service fee is added to the parking fee and shown on the booth and kiosk screens.

Live revenue

Today's passages and total revenue on the home screen, with cash, credit card and kiosk collections shown separately.

Paid subscriptions

Monthly paid subscribers with start and end dates; renewal and collection at the booth, upcoming expiries in reports.

Every feature, menu by menu

Frequently asked questions

How is the parking fee calculated?

For each vehicle class a free period, first hour, following hours and a daily cap are defined; the fee is calculated on the server. The fee class is selected automatically from the vehicle type recognized by the camera and can be changed at the booth.

If I change the tariff, are old records affected?

No. Past transactions stay calculated with the tariff of their own period.

What happens to a vehicle that leaves without paying?

A debt is recorded for the vehicle; next time it comes, the previous debt appears in a separate box at the booth and is collected together. The maximum debt amount and count per plate can be limited.

Can payments be taken by credit card?

Credit card collections at the booth are recorded; the payment is taken on the facility's existing card terminal. Card payment at the kiosk requires a card terminal connection that is still under development.

How do I check cashiers' collections?

No collection is possible before a shift is opened; closing the shift produces a numbered Z report. The Booth PC report breaks down collections per cashier; discounts, free passages, refunds and cancellations all require a reason and are reported.
