Personal data processed
When you contact us via the quote form, phone or email, we process your full name, company name, phone number, email address, city and details of your project request. When you visit the site, browser and usage information may also be processed via cookies, provided your explicit consent has been obtained.
Purposes of processing
Your personal data is processed to evaluate your quote requests, get in touch with you, conduct pre-contractual discussions, measure service quality and fulfill legal obligations. Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
Data retention period
Personal data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing and the statute-of-limitations periods set out in applicable legislation; at the end of this period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, request information about it if so, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, and request its deletion or destruction.
