Project need
A single control point wasn't enough here: the site needed a two-tier access setup — the main entrance and a second, inner zone — each independent but managed from one central point.
Solution implemented
Two boom barriers and a total of 4 cameras (2 reading inbound, 2 reading outbound) were installed at the main gate, so multiple vehicles could be read simultaneously during busy hours instead of relying on a single camera. Inside the site, a second checkpoint controlling access to a separate block/zone got one more inbound and one more outbound barrier. In total, 6 cameras are managed through a single authorization list and transit log covering both checkpoints.
Benefit delivered
Because two separate checkpoints had to be commissioned in sync, installation took 3 days — one day longer than single-point projects. As a result, residents can pass through both the main entrance and the inner zone without a card or remote, while security management sees all movement from one central point.
