Renewing at the kiosk
A monthly paid subscriber enters their plate at the kiosk without going to the booth; the kiosk shows the expiry date and renewal amount. Payment is taken by card or QR and the new end date is applied immediately. The same renewal and collection can be done at the booth.

- LED display alerts: separate messages 5 and 2 days before expiry, on the expiry day and when an expired subscriber passes as paid; texts are edited in the panel.
- Paid Subscribers report: lists subscribers expiring within 30 days and total monthly subscription income.

Exempting subscribers from fees
The tariff can exempt subscribers from fees. An expired monthly subscriber is charged like a visitor and informed on the LED display. Closing the entry when full and subscriber exemption are set in the general settings.
